The graph illustrates the variations of the amount of American travellers using three different modes of transport: car, train and bus. Bus decreased throughout years while both, car and train had some flutuactions. At the end, using car reached the highest peak and bus the lowest one.
The average number of commuters travelling everyday by car, train and bus changed between 1980 and 2040. In 1980, car was the most used transport with 6 millions of people, train had 5 millions and bus 4 millions of users. 10 years later, the quantity of passengers had decreased. Bus decreased throughout the whole period reducing the number of travellers an halt in 2040, 2 millions. Car and train had a similar trend, firt 10 years both means of transport reduced the average number of commuters approximately 0.1 and 0.5 millions of travellers for car and trains repectively. Then, the amount of people grew; in 2000 car reached up 7 millions and train had about 5.5 millions of commuters. the value decreased agin until 2010, from there the trend for cars and trains was similar, bot increased. In 2040 car had 9 millions, train 7 millions and bus 2 millions of users.
