Regarding the floor layout, bedroom 5 was located at the top-right corner, next to the staircase, while bedroom 1 and 2 are in the top-left corner. Bedroom 6 is located in the middle right section, in front of the lift and adjacent to bedroom 5 and 7. In addition, bedroom 7, 4 and 3 are situated along the bottom side toward the far right. Another staircase is positioned at the southeast area of the dormitory, and the corridor forms a way which is accessible to all rooms.
Concerning the fire exit procedures, both stairways are designated as two different rally points. The first meeting point, which is appointed for the southeast staircase, is specified as a target for bedroom 1,2 and 3. The second assembly point is at the exit of the other stairs, which is used by people in the remaining bedrooms and the lift to exit.
