Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to apologize for the unforeseen inconveniences that may occur as I will not be able to attend the initial three consecutive sessions.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere disappointment with this situation. I was eager to start training at your fitness center, and I understand that because of this situation, you might have to incorporate changes to the whole attendees’ list or other documents related to the training itself. So, once again, I express my regrets and offer an apology for such a hassle.
The abrupt changes in my personal life and work are the reason why I decided to delay the training sessions. Primarily, my daughter’s health condition has worsened, thus I had to register for an appointment with a doctor. Also, the head of my office has been made redundant, so the new one has insisted on schedule changes, which, unfortunately, interfere with training sessions.
However, as I am enthusiastic about starting a healthy lifestyle, I would like to request you to reschedule the group, or if possible, switch my group to the one convenient for me.
I look forward you to implementing the requests I have made,
Yours Faithfully,
John Doe.
