This is Marry Adams, one of your permanent customer. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about your services. It was such a worse experience that I felt compell to share it with you.
It is about 2 years which I came and serve meal in your restaurant.The first time I came with one of my friend. She recommend it to me. Your restaurant have the Italy foods and I am a big fan of Italian dishes. and last Sunday we just wanted to celebrate my sister graduagation by gather all member of my family. I chosed your restaurant.
Unfortunately, It does not met my expectation and the waitresses did not have courtious behavir with us, As well as the food was not tasty. When I ask about the food that why it is raw the waitress did not respond me and ignore. It really disappoint me and we could not have a good family gathering memory.
I would therefore request you that train your staff as well as hire some professional personnel.
