Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing this letter regarding unexpect circumstance that i will not be able to assist the community event this Sunday.

As you know, i am exciting to help all tasks and i am looking forware about it however, i just recived a phone call from my husband that my son, Peter , has stroked and went to the hospital last night. As a result, i have to look after my son in his hard time

I am truly sorry to let you know at rush time. I have contacted to some friends that might be able to come instead of me.

Facebook : volunteer job, i highly recommend you to announce on the facebook group. It has more than a thousand people which are more likely to help through this Sunday
