Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about your gym membership, which was advertised on the community center noticeboard on December 15th, 2024.

I was extremely excited to learn about your gym as I transition to a healthier lifestyle. The launch of your new gym couldn’t have come at a better time for me. So, Could you please provide detailed information about the types of membership you offer along with their price. What is the duration of the program, what activities will be included in the package and what are the other services available at your fitness center?

Additionally, I would also like to know the joining procedure to enroll at the gym and do I need to come in person to register or if it can be done online.

I am looking forward to your response and am super excited to join your gym.
