Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Kanchanaphon. I am living in this town for three years. I am interested about volunteer work with your charity. I want to help people and also learn new skill.

I am writing the letters to you because I want to get more information. Can you please tell me what kind of volunteer job are available? I would like to know if it is working with children, old people or maybe in office.

Also I want to ask how many hours per week I need to give for this work. Do you give some training before start? I never do volunteer before, so I want to understand.
