Dear my friend,

I write this letter for you after a long night with vibes of dance and music to inform you that i lost your camera pro in the event.

First, i want to apologize about this matter because its happend quickly without notice because of the crowded situation. I put your camera during the concert in my neck and I take some videos with it and I enjoy hearing my favorite singer. Soudenly I feel that a hand from upper seats quickly they take the camera by force and I noticed that it gone quickly. From the first moment , I think is someone is joke with me but after a while I didn’t find the camera. I am really sorry about it. I feel sorry about this lost and I will try to get back your camera to you as soon as possible. The guards there they help me to investigate about it and give me a report from the camera video.

If no solution I will try to replace your lost by getting a new one.

I hope you understand my situation and I apologize another time.
