Dear Mr. Brannagan

I am writing to inform you that I will be absent from the international conference in Tokyo on May 5th. I am sorry to not be able to attend the important meeting. The reason why I am not able to go to the event is that I have to go to the dentist. My dentist said that he could see me only on May 5th because of my teeth condition. I understand how important the conference is. Therefore, I am trying to reschedule for it. However, I still cannot convince my dentist. If I could reschedule it, I would immediately inform you.

I would like you to send me information regarding the conference after you finish it. Additionally, could you please allow me to work on May 6th, Saturday? I have to attend another meeting on May 13th, so I would like to catch up on the event.
