Dear John

Hi John, how are you? I hope you’re doing fine. I’m writing this letter to send you my apology about the dinner plans.

First of all, I’m terribly sorry for tonight. I know you’re very upset but. I’ll try my best to explain what happened. So in the morning I went to the gym to have some daily workout, but i did’nt know what happened that I was exhausted, then I went to bed, but the thing was i forgot to set my alarm and ended up overslept. When i woke up, I was very shocked and did’nt know what to do.

I was feeling so bad because you’ve talk about this dinner all the time, but please don’t hate me. To make up for all of my mistakes, I would like to ask you out for a dinner at NOBU restaurant as it was you’re favourites and I’ll pay for it. I truly hope that you accept my invitation and my apology

Yours sincerely

Kevin
