Dear Sir or madam

Two month ago I purchased a Tashiba laptop. The laptop work normally but suddenly stopped working I am really need these laptop because all my work depended of my laptop.

When I bought the laptop the salesman warrants five years.For the last two months Unfortunately the laptop screen does not show anything.I check battery I was shocked Your seller sold me the batarey got fatter.

I have a few projects that I need to finish this on.If my laptop does not work.I unable to work.I have important files.If this fields delete the end of my project.

I am hoping that you would repair it within the next three day or replace It with new one and transfer the data
