Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that my office chair is broken. In this letter, I would like to explain what happened and suggest a possible solution.

The backrest of the chair contains springs that provide flexibility, especially during long hours of work. However, the springs have come out of the back cover, making the chair unusable.

This issue is affecting my work significantly. I spend most of my day sitting, and the lack of proper support is causing discomfort and reducing my productivity. I often have to get up and walk around to relieve the strain on my back.

I kindly request that the chair be replaced entirely, as repairing just the backrest may not be sufficient.
