Dear Richard,

I hope you are doing well.i am writing regarding the spontaneous modifications about our recent meeting.

Despite conducting the essential meeting on the hotel, I have planned to do it at my warehouse, as the hotel has cancelled our recent reservation. Unfortunately, I need to reschedule the meeting because I have a doctor’s appointment on this Sunday. How about next weekend? I would fit perfectly for the meeting.

Due to the cancellation and rescheduling the important meeting, I apologize for these hurdles. Additionally, there would be plenty of time to check our annual reports about production. To add, I would ensure the tragedy like this won’t repeat throughout our partnership.
