Dear Adel,

I’m writing to answer your question about helping you for your current college project. I will give you some information about how it looks like celebrating New Year in my country (Algeria).

Algeria is muslim country, so, new year isn’t really a big deal. Few people are celebrating and having parties but it is not common.They feel like it’s not meant for them that’s why it’s not important.

The one who are interessted for celebrating New Year will often goes to hotel that organise events with dinner and music all night. and that’s all, nothing special about that occasion.

From my oppinion, It’s boring and not fun here when it comes to events. So, that would be a bad idea to get my country into your project because there nothing interessting i can tell you about.

If you need something else like culture just let me know. and I’m sorry that i couldn’t help you much.
