Dear Sam,

I hope you are in a good health and sprit.Congratulations, I am glad that you are appointed on a course at the my college. I am writing this letter to recommend the accommodation near by your selected university.

I am a resident of Miami Street, specifically in a Florida. It was approx twenty minutes route from stay area to reached the college. Furthermore, you can easily access the public transportation services. Currently, I am pursuing my masters in that place.

In my near apartment one flat is available. So will recommend that area. I will also share a contact number of landlord. However, I will suggest one thing that never done full payment and essentials documents before you arrive.

If you get more information regarding that then let me know. I am glad to share with you.I am eagerly waiting to meet you.

Best wishes,

Angel Peter.
