Dear Lovedeep,

I am writing to apologies that I can not come on your invitation of a marriage anniversary party which held in Saturday, 4th August.

The main reason behind it is that my mother is not feeling well and she got hospitalized because of serious health issue. There is no one here to take care of her without me because my father did not get off from his work as he is the supervisor at his work, so all the responsibilities are on him.

But if you don’t mind, we can meet soon. As in September I have holiday of one week due to half semester completion. Therefore, that will be great time for us to meet and enjoy a lot. There will no tension related to study or work. I hope you will understand my condition now and have not been any misconception. I will be wait for your answer and again very sorry for this.
