This letter confirms agreement to care for your children at my house this weekend.

The best time for drop-off would be Friday at 6:00 PM, allowing them to settle in before the weekend begins. Pick-up on Sunday at 5:00 PM would work well.

Planned activities include a movie night on Friday, a trip to the local park on Saturday, and a board game afternoon on Sunday. Meals and snacks will be provided, catering to any dietary needs mentioned.
