Dear sir,

I am writing this letter on the behalf of everyone who uses the sports and leisure centre to express our sadness about the closure of this place.

My friends,family and I have been using these sports and leisure centre for years now and this sudden notice of closure is very upsetting to all of us. We go there regularly to feel relaxed, freshen up our mood and to exercise . Going to this centre has become an integral part of our daily routine and we cannot imagine this place being shut.

The sports and leisure centre is very important for the local community as well.It encourages people living in the community to come here and exercise daily which helps everyone in the community to be physically fit and healthy. If this place closes then it will affect local people very much, since there are no other sports centre near us, people will have to travel extra miles just to exercise which causes inconvenience to alot of them as most of them do not even have their own transportation to commute back and forth.

I hope you take consideration for this matter and understand our situation. I look forward to your prompt response.
