Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you to request that if you could think one more time before closing out a sports and leisure center as it is extremely important for local people of this town. I and many of my friends, relatives are using this center for many different purposes such as doing regular exercises, swimming, playing cricket, and so on. This center helps them to be focused with their daily routine.

Furthermore, the sports and leisure center is important for local community because it is one and only center in the entire town, where people can go after their work and spend some time by doing leisure activity. In addition, they provides a special training classes for teenagers to skill up in their interested sports.

If the center closes, it will direct impact on local community of this town as there are no other places who serves all services at same place, which is why this matter requires your attention.
