I wish to apologize for the suddenness of this mail, but respectfully; your dogs barks have reached a level that i could no longer tolerate. As you may be aware, i work nightshifts and come home at approx 5 am. Therefore, getting an uninterrupted rest is crucial for me. Although your dogs barks have been getting louder and longer by each passing day, waking me up constantly. I have been sleep deprived due to your animal companions for nearly a month and a half now. Not to mention the fact that this too must bee hard to manage for you.

To cut to the chase, i believe making sure your dogs are asleep at night and preventing them from seeing anything that might be triggering them will do us both and the neighborhood a big favor.
