Dear Ahmadi.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to regarding your letter about noise from my flat. I can understand your situation and I want to apologise about that noise.

As you know I am a pianist and I teach playing piano to kids . Most of time I have to focus solely on teaching piano and this situation can make noise and it can be frustrating for my neighbors. who need silent place to relax, like you.

As this is a vital concern demanding serious action, I will change windows and doors and make an isolated room for playing piano to ensure that the noise will not be hear from our flat. In addition, I will change the schedule of classes to reduce the noise of students. For instance I will cancel all weekend classes.

I apologize again because of these circumstances and I will make ensure to address this problem. If you have other issues, please do not hesitate to contact with me. I look forward to your response.
