I am writing to sincerely apologize for the recent noise coming from my flat over the past few days. I completely understand how disruptive it must have been and truly regret the inconvenience caused.
The main reason for the disturbance is that I have been doing some renovation work in my living room. The flooring had become severely damaged due to a water leak, and the builders needed to replace it urgently to prevent further structural problems. Unfortunately, the work involved drilling and hammering, which created far more noise than I had anticipated.
Please rest assured that I have spoken to the contractors, and they have agreed to limit their working hours to between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. I will also make sure that any particularly loud tasks are completed within the next two days.
Once again, I am truly sorry for the disturbance and appreciate your patience and understanding.
