Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding the English course I recently took at an evening school at your organization.

To begin with, I would like to explain about the course I am taking at your institution first. This course is about an English class, speaking in particular because I want to escalate my English speaking comprehensive. This class takes place in 2B room, right next to the upstairs.

Unfortunately, I encountered something I dislike about this course. In the brochure I read before deciding to sign up, stated that it was for advanced learners. However, it turns out that it is for beginners. Consequently, I barely notice progress in my English speaking skills. In addition, the handbook used in the class is written in a basic written, which cannot help me improve my vocabulary.

I is advisable that the handbook should be written in accordance to the classified class so that students can gain not only useful materials, but also new vocabulary. On top of that, there should be a placement test to classify whoever wants to join.

Thank you for your attention. I am looking forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,

Reza
