Nowadays, trend in reducing physical activity in human life in combination with office work style could lead to harmful effect to human body as increase in blood pressure or decrease in metabolism. Consequently, increase blood pressure may cause in a heart attack or stroke and slow metabolism lead to obesity and diabetes. Furthermore, health problems growth affect on visits to hospitals and consume more medicine to support health condition. Therefore, service of growing unhealthy people state has to allocate more money to healthcare system than to other necessary costs.
There are two possible ways to prevent above-mentioned scenarios, government may organize promotional campaign to stimulate people do physical exercises or sport activities. For instance, governmental support of sport as judo or sumo wrestling in Japan and awarding national hero status for winner increase attractiveness in sport among citizens. Moreover, constructing outdoor sport facilities as outdoor gyms, cycling lanes and playgrounds rise availability to whom cannot afford gym membership.
