Band 6+: 1. Many people are engaging in less physical activity than in the past, leading to a rise in health-related issues. What are the problems associated with this trend, and what solutions can encourage more people to be physically active?

Hypo dynamics is becoming more and more widespread among population every year, which increases the number of problems connected with health. As a result, life expectancy is getting lower, but this can be tackled by organizing more social events to encourage people to training.

The main problem associated with this trend is the growth in the rate of obesity among people. According to researchers in this sphere, when the percentage of fat in the body is more than one fifth, the strain on the body is excessively strong. Hence, the average life expectancy in the population is decreasing. Moreover, the lack of physical activity can weaken the cognitive abilities of the brain as sitting on the one place all day long may limit our ability to think and interpret information correctly. For instance, many experts and doctors recommend people to take breaks for walking in the fresh air during the workday since physical activity boosts brain productivity.

One effective way to address these issues is to modify the pedestrian roads in the city. Rather than walk, people usually prefer to use either private or public transportation due to the unsafe roads. If the government enhances the safety for pedestrians and makes a special roadway for them, it would motivate more people to walk. Furthermore, organizing more events that encourage people to engage in sports would significantly improve the situation of hypo dynamics. For instance, there are running marathons in Almaty, which takes place every season and are available for every citizen despite their level of preparation.

In conclusion, lack of physical activity leads to the major health problems, which can only be tackled by improving the conditions for pedestrians on the roads and offering more opportunities for people to join sports community.
