More individuals are suffering from health problems which can be cured by modern medicine due to modern lifestyle. So, some people believe traditional medicine should be returned to cope with this matter.Personally, I definitely disagreed with this opinion and I will explain it in detail.

Traditional medicine is made from natural resources such as trees, herbals and flowers, however, at the present time, there are a lot of severe health problems and they do not have the ability to solve it because of their limitations.Traditional medicines may lack of scientific evidence, precise dosing, and consistency in results, and they may not follow the medical standard. For instance, traditional medicine can not treat severe illnesses such as cancer or heart disease because they may not provide the effective treatment and even is harmful for patients.

The increase of people who are not suffering from incurable health problems is not the result of modern medicines, but is from the unhealthy current lifestyle. Therefore, that is not the fault of modern medicine so no need to encourage use of traditional medicine.First of all, they need to change their lifestyle first, you need to be more active and more positively.Unless you change your lifestyle, even is traditional medicine and modern medicine cannot save your life timely.Living in a healthy life, which means you have positive actions and living in this condition is also improve people’s mentality and health. Also, surrounded people affect on your thought and your action, for example, people who smoke a lot will have less possibility of survival as they face a high risk of lung cancer.

In brief, I believe that encouraging a return to traditional medicine may not be helpful because pollution makes it difficult to maintain its effectiveness. Additionally, whether it’s traditional or modern medicine, treating diseases becomes ineffective if people don’t adopt healthier lifestyles.
