In recent years, international companies are interested in constructing several factories somewhere due to the rapid increase in global economic flows. Yet, there remains some disputes as to whether overall effect of building a new factory. While some people suppose that it will influence negatively on society, I am of the opinion that the positive implications of this agreement far surpass any potential disadvantages.
Proponents of allowing industries to build huge factories believe that it contributes to enhancing and accelerating the income and advancement of this community. Furthermore, the budget for surrounding education, security, and health care will increase drastically by improving the employment rate in your area. A notable example is Fukuoka city, to located to the south-east of Japan, which was originally planned for the purpose of production. Its financial status has rose as the rapid development of the companies in this city, and it has become the third dominant economist city in the country in the present.
On the other hand, some people argue that the construction of factories influences negatively on the environment of this community. In addition, huge factories emit a large amount of waste, including numerous types of garbage, toxic fumes, and liquids with chemical elements, they are the main contributors to environmental pollution. A compelling instance is that, in China, the government prohibited big factories in the capital city, Beijing, because the air pollution of the capital city has jumped sharply in the last few decades.
In conclusion, I personally believe that the benefits of new factories or businesses near my hometown far outweigh its drawbacks. Although it tends to have a negative impact on nature, it will play a major role in economic advantages and improving the quality of life.
