It is widely acknowledged that family plays an important role in shaping a child, while many external factors also affect them outside their house. From my perspective, I agree that both family and external factors have effects on the kid’s growth, but the latter influence is more crucial.
On the one hand, there are several factors that associated with family which have a lot of effects on their children. First and foremost, parents teach their children throughout their childhood. Parent are the first people who teach their springs how to walk and speak, and they also taught kids distinguish what right and wrong early. Moreover, the children also imitate parent’s behaviour and their attitude. Therefore, the kids personality depend almost on their parent in childhood.
On the other hand, I contend that external factors are more significant to shape the children in the long term. One primary reason is the influence of peers and schools. Children nowadays spend the most of time on school and at extra class, so they need to make more friends and change their lifestyle to get on will with their classmates. For examples, a kid persuades playing pickleball which almost their friends play to get more delight and happiness. As a result, they change their passion and lifestyle after living in a different environment.
In conclusion, while children should be taught carefully from family, the outside environment gives them more valuable experiences and essential skills in the life.
