Oil has played an indespensible role in the development of society. Since ages oil has been used in production of electricity, in running our business as well as economy. I strongly agree in developing new sources of power like wind or solar in order to prevent our oil resources.
As we know that oil resources has been searched since our ancestors and a lot of money has been spend in searching these resources. But today we can see large development in science and technology and we have found new sources of power that is wind and solar which has more benefits and cause zero pollution. As these are a renewable source of energy and helps in production of electricty. I think some money can be spend in creating windmills or in the installation of solar panels which can be useful in a great way to humans and environment.
As solar panels can be installed on the roofs of the houses which produces energy which sun rays falls on it. We can see there’s no environmental pollution and helps to save moeny as well as time because it is one time investment and no wastage of time in searching like in case of oil resources. There’s no risk to wild life and is a better source of income to government as well as to common people. Moreover, windmills can make desert lands useful as wind speed is high there and this can help to produce more power. To examiply, In year 2012 Indian Government has set windmills in Rajisthan which has dry and empty fields and it is still in use and produces electricity.
But oil resources have their own benefit to society. They are used from many years in large industries like cloth factories but cause lot pollution.
To Conclude, I think it would be more benefical and profitable to invest in new sources of power rather than wasting money in search of oil resources.
