It would be considered by some individuals that paying for community services such as education and medical care is the responsibility of government. Personally, I agree to this statement to a certain extent, and I believe that residents should share the burden with their authority.
On the one hand, there are good ground for arguing that both education and hospitality, which are two essential elements of a country, should not collect fee from citizens. Firstly, this will be a significant support for the disadvantage. Poor people can be impoverished by the expensive cost. Thanks to the government, many ill people have been saved, and the illiteracy could be detered. Secondly, residents have right to take advantage of free public services. This is because they are obligated to pay a plethora taxes on customer good, income, food,… so the administration needs to be in charge of supplying materials value for its society.
On the other hand, the cost of education and health-care should be discharged by citizens. Firstly, this is to ensure the prosperity of a country. If accounting too much on two activities, management will not invest better to other important aspects such as political, economy, cultural conservation,… Secondly, everyone can receive higher standards of living. Community services will be reformed, and people may get interest from them. For example, hospitals have more money to broaden facilities, buy modern machines, improve quality of curing.
To sum up, the payment of public services such as education and hospitality ought to share with residents. I suppose that authority just need to donate for a part of them.
