In today’s evolving world, the traditional source for making a living is far from becoming a reality. The advancements of technology, especially in space, suggest that people in the near future would make space trips an option for holidays. As the excitement is at the peak level, it is necessary to understand the advantages and disadvantages of traveling to space.This essay discusses about the potential advantages and disadvantages of traveling to space with ample examples.

Firstly, the trip into space has significant advantages. In other words, people would gain valuable insights while having a trip into space; hence, it enables individuals to see Earth from a particular point and get a deeper knowledge about the solar system. In addition to that, a huge amount of money can be utilized for many fundings. Space tourism can be coined for increasing scientific research. Moreover, it could also encourage interest in science and technology among younger students. For instance, one of my friends had an opportunity to visit the space office while she was young. As she witnessed a stunning view, she tried to become a part of it.

On the flip side, planning a tour to space also has negative consequences. This would mean that the current infrastructure cannot accommodate a large number of human beings in space. Additionally, the safety risks and environmental issues created by rockets cannot be ignored. There is a chance of high risks of accidents as well as spacecrafts emit a large amount of pollutants that can cause harmful effects to the environment.Furthermore, the cost of space tours is not affordable for human beings. To cite an example, in India, the launch of PSLV and GSLV caused a large amount of carbon emission, whereas if the approach continues, the environment footprint would disintegrate.

In conclusion, while traveling to space for holidays would be enjoyable, the potential risks and harm it causes cannot be ignored. As technology develops, prioritizing safety and sustainability in future space tourism could be a venture for holidays
