Consequently, these new employees would not only earn income and advance their career, but also contribute to economic prosperity through working more efficiently. Furthermore, young individuals are likely to be more creative which can lead to greater opportunities and foster innovative ideas. In other words, in spite of seniors who have higher inclination to stay in their comfort zone, youngsters are open to accept modifications and consequently, encountering with further challenges through innovative ways. Therefore, society will undeniably benefit from innovation and creative ideas bringing by modern generations.
On the other hand, the unbalanced demographic trend would bring difficulties in job markets. The problems are derived from high demand of recruitment provided by increased young adults seeking for professions. Therefore, this could put huge pressure on governments in order to offer proper job opportunities for the job seekers, leading to intensifying competition in the labour market.
To conclude, while a large young population could potentially make contribution in social and economic advancement by creating a productive and creative environment, the drawbacks of increased job market competition and higher unemployment rate would be concerning. However, if governments imply policies to mitigate these negative consequences, the benefits of having young population would outweigh the disadvantages.
