These days, some countries’ overall number of people contain a considerably proportion of youngers rather than older ones. In my opinion, advantages outweigh the disadvantages. For instance, it is beneficial for many ways, such as rising number of people that have ability for heavy works and it can improve their countries by creating new items thank for their creativity and energy.
Firstly, there is a big difference on ability between youngers and older people. For instance, older people might have many health issues, such as problems with heart that can be risk of their death, their inability of seeing. On other hand, they will forget information quicklier than younger ones. That might cause some issues in their work. For example, forgetting essential meetings or not doing something important.
Secondly, creativity of people in different ages. By getting older you might lost one of the parts of your creativity and your interests might be changed by the time. And it is one of the main essential characters that should be. For instance, if someone works in big company, every mistake that was done by you might decrease the score of company. So you should be accurate when you do an essential exercise and use your creativity to pay attention of clients. And it plays a big role that you will work there for long or not.
In conclusion, in my view advantages outweigh than disadvantages for some ways, such as their ability to work for long hours and creativity that might increase or decrease the score of their work place.
