In many countries, the population of the younger generation is more than the older age group.I believe there are more advantages to this than its drawbacks and my views regarding this are discussed below.
On the one hand, young people are advantageous as they would be able to work more than old workers due to their physical strength and fresh mind in the work requires strength which will automatically enlarge the advancement of a particular country.Furthermore, the foreign industries would invest in a country where the younger population is more than they would get more young employees from that country which will be beneficial for the foreign country.Young generation has a creative mind than the older generation which will help in the development of the industry.
On the other hand, as there would be more youngsters than the competition among them would increase and will cause unemployment.In addition to that, older generation have more experience, talents, perception, and knowledge.Besides this, as the population of the young adults is large compared to the older people then the rituals of the family and country will not be followed and the tradition of a particular country will be forgotten by the new generation.
To conclude, although the development of the country and creativity in the country will increase by the young generations, the disadvantages would also be there.The competition among the youngsters will increase and also the young people will not follow the old tradition which is followed by the elders.
