In the current scenerio, there is a clear indication that the population of certain countries include a relatively higher population of young adults compared to the number of older people. In my opinion there is a clear advantage in such cases for progressive development of such countries at a macro level.

Firstly, as per studies, the major contributors in the cash flow of consumer market sector are the younger population in any country. Young minds are more prone to explorative attitudes and invest more time and money in understanding the progessive introductions in any system. This psychology is the driving factor behind their apex consumer nature. Any new introductions in visual media, production, technology and lifestyle is welcome by this age group on a trial basis, When once implemented and gets sucessfully incorporated as an integral part of their lifestyle, becomes a major boost for other organisations and corporations to invest in. They contribute to the market analysis and growth in every academic and commerical sector which decides the future of many nations.

Additionally, for example, nations investing in technology and sustainable farming shows a major response in the participation of the young adults. They are eager to understand and provide new ideas to the overall growth in the respective sectors, which, inturn creates a national drive in participation of the rest of the age groups to follow their foot steps. As part of this drive, a lot of young engineers avoid corporate jobs but risk to invest their time in combining aquired knowledge and heritage to create better innovative discoveries and ideas to lift the economic and lifestyle standards of every business associate and benefactor, which indirectly influences the population. Young minds are more keen on addressing new issues through better technological communication mediums, thus creating better awareness through social media and visual media.

A population devoided of young adults but largely comprising of older people has a lot of positive contributions to the entire system which includes a stable economy, less crime and chaos and a commited work force. These aspects which helps in maintaining such economies in the long run can drive the same system into an obselete state, interms of growth and development. As older people get, they tend to be more skeptical in exploring and investing time in new ventures, which leads to slow and hindered progess.

Finally, we have to conculde by understanding that, consistent and sustainable growth in every nation is ensured with a combination of number of young adults outwitting the number of older adults.
