Nowadays, there are some arguments about how large international companies should provide the same salaries and conditions to all workers no matter the location. I can not fully agree to this extent, and in this essay I will discuss.
Firstly, big international companies are not identical with some local companies. Often, they have more resources, opportunities, and connections with rich and wealthy people and business firms. Since this, the workforce in international firms can not be paid as lower company classes. For instance, living in New York is 5-10% more expensive, than in a small town in India. If directors will pay the same salaries to both of them, the New York company will go bankrupt and employers would not even be able to afford even the clothes for themselves.
However, no matter where individuals are from and who their personalities are, work conditions should be on the same level. All employers have a right to a good, modern work space, comfortable location, and good-quality medical insurance. For example, global and famous tech-companies provide their workers a gym to support their health, modern technologies, a big choice of different food, whether they work in the USA or Asia. Also it is a question of basic human rights: no one deserves to spend all their time working and receive little salaries, while other people with the same profession are provided with medical care, high salary and global opportunities.
To conclude, I believe that even if companies can not pay the same salary for all people and workers, they also should be treated equally. Comfortable work space and attitude is a basic human need.
