It is considered that a high paying job has much advantage than a satisfying job, however I totally disagree, I think a satisfying job is more advantageous.
One’s happiness is outmost priority. One can not choose money over happiness, get paid a good salary but frown at the kind of work and end up not happy in life. I once had lecturer who after 3 years of having his Bachelors in Nursing went back to get a degree in administration, he earned more working at his former place as a nurse but bedside nursing was not his thing, so he went back to school to get a degree in administration and even furthered to get his masters in administration, he could earn more having his masters in nursing but he said he loved administration. It is important to do what makes you happy
Furthermore, a satisfying job keeps one motivated. Earning a huge salary, but you lack the motivation at work, one might end up having issues with colleagues and superiors.
I worked at a poultry while in school that I was not very much happy about because the environment was smelly and unhygienic, I had a very bad relationship with everyone there, because they were not helping matters. Only a satisfying job can keep you motivated on a daily basis.
Concluding, I think a satisfying job is more advantageous than a high paying job, because one’s happiness is priority and a satisfying job keeps you motivated.
