In recent days there has been a substantial number of debate over the problem of obesily among the children. Due to which some individual expressed their opinions on restriction on fast food, sweets and sugary snack in educational institutions.

Obesity is one of many raising health issue nowadays This a type of body condition which can cause several both direct and indirect impact on a person’s health. For the past few years this has been observed among pre-teens. As a result it araised a feud of statements regarding the availibility of junk foods in school and colleges. Aknowledging the negativities of these foods which may not only be the cause of excessive weight gaining but also can be life threatening in near future for an individual if consumed since their childhood. It is necessary for the authorities in charge of those institutions to give their students a very limited access to those. Since it is mostly seen in the developed countries who constantly rely on fast food service for their day to day life, they could easily assign a person who monitor the food load a student is consuming. There are many countries like South Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia who serve their students reading in primary and secondary standards with healthy meals in their cafetaries and undergraduates with standardized lunch items.

Instade of banning food access, the authority should replace them with nutritious and healthy foods for the students consumption.

Therefore, considering the concern on obesity, alternative food option can be the solution to this problem.
