Although, it is good practice to provide great facilities to the people who live in the urban or suburban areas. The transportation system, for employees who do not live there but work there also needs to be changed. Providing good traveling to these workers will help them to arrive on time, and perform well which leads to overall growth of the economy.
First and foremost, the main problem that workers face due to lack of good transportation is not arriving on time. Therefore, they do not give proper time to their day-to-day tasks. An employee is the backbone of an organization if he/she cannot perform well this will lead to a negative impression on that organization.
Secondly, due to the lack of a good transportation system, will lower the overall performance of the employee which is again a great disaster. Such as he/she will reach to work tired and anxious. Because of that,the focus of attention will be disturbed.
Finally, If this happens greater level in all over the country, this will hit the economic growth in a bad way. Because, the country’s overall growth is defined by their businesses. So, the main parts of the businesses are employees which if get disturbed due to the transportation system this will effect the on a bigger level.
In conclusion, The government should address this problem and think few solutions for this, so that the workers who travel from other cities can be at ease and perform well. Because people from other areas also contribute in the economy of country they also need great attention.
