Some people claim that university qualifications are the best way to get honorable employment while others have the view that having experience and generating social skills has more value. In my opinion, accomplished education is more convenient for getting a job and in this essay, I will justify my views.
On one side of argument, there are people who believe that interpersonal skills are everything behind a better career. As it proves to be productive and grooming personalities which yield outstanding results in practical life. For example, a bank manager has extraordinary communication and convincing abilities which play a vital role for him to lead others. Furthermore, the chance of promotion also grows by developing skills and experience in a particular field.
Despite the above argument, I am with the view that gaining proper knowledge instills various intellectual abilities in a person which assures admirable post. It matures both attitude and mentality which aid exceptional achievements. Additionally, the educated person acquires many soft skills including creativity, critical thinking, and leadership capabilities. For instance, a significant contrast observed among the mindset of educated and layman as reflected by their speaking patterns and other habits.
In conclusion, while both are beneficial, I still believe that education has more value as it broadens the imagination, intelligence and consciousness enables them to achieve their goals. Given this situation, it is recommended that everyone should acquire education and promote awareness.
