Offence is something that happens in daily life all over the place. More individuals presume that there can be nothing to completely stop wrongdoing since it has become huge concern in the world. This argument has convinced me because, I think that these days people have become more intelligent regarding law enforcement, and ways to commit a flawless act without leaving a trace.
Starting with government, I think that they should take all those problems into consideration. Firstly, introduction of more policies to the place which is more prone for illegal activities, and installation of cctv at every corner of society will help catching criminals. Secondly, implementing a proper punishment for any kind of crimes such as imprisonment, cash payments, and restrictions on access for various types of offences will alert the public from committing more offences. In addition, individuals can also take part in reducing the number of misdeeds by reporting the incidents to higher authorities.
On the other hand, I think this is impossible to eradicate it completely from society, since nowadays many of the perpetrators are influenced by the various tv shows how to commit a perfect crime without being caught. Moreover, because of the light penalty and punishment imposed on those acts by law. To illustrate, due to lenient penalties for those juveniles they tend to think that they will easily escape from sentence, and they do not fear for consequences.
In conclusion, even though there will be reduction in the number of cases by implementing various methods to prevent them, I agree that it is not possible to achieve the zero offence rate in today’s world.
