Also high cortisol can be the result of feeling tired and stressed.
To take actions against, a holistic approach is necessary. Firstly,employees should implement initiatives that make workers move more during the working day. For example, they could set aside time for group walks or provide standing desks. Secondly, people need to modify their way of life by finding activities they enjoy. In my experience, when i wanted to get a grip, ive implemented a daily sport activity that created adverse and unsual conditions, it realy helped me to increase my power twofold in just a few monthes.
