I agree this thinking and I have some reasons why I agree. I shall explain in the essay. There are contact or prestige and cost as far as I am concerned. Its means that cost hence developed countries have better and much more opportunity than developing countries. If we look from first aspect that is about cost or investment, developed countries have a higher tackle obligation.
Secondly, I shall touch on contact why is important. Developed countries can communicate with other countries or if it is needed, they can communicate with other famous establishment. Because we cannot compare with developed countries and developing countries in this topic. Because developing countries can only try to contact or would like to support. But developed countries have all types of communication and even have private establishments in their countries that can provide more assistance than other countries.
Finally, I will talk about general situation according to cost and prestige. I’ll make a synthesis and combine with them. We can make a lot of thing for stop climate change. For example, The United Nations have developed countries and developing countries but the pioneers are developed countries. That’s why prestige and some opportunities. They can set-up new nature life area, not harmful car that has hybrid electric system for running. And can prevent the production of some harmful wastes. They keep working how to figure out on climate change. Probably, it will be affect and from true way. Because The United Nations have prestige or well communicate and cost or can make investments.

In addition, it is not as difficult for developed countries to communicate because they have prestige and their economic situation is better, so their investment will be higher than that of developing countries.
