Because of that, renting houses can be more expensive compared to rural areas due to the shortage of affordable options.
Secondly, the living environment in cities is vibrant. As the society in urban areas embrace a forward-looking lifestyle, the city is always surrounded by busy roads, populated sidewalks and lightful buildings, forming a picture of a busy, exciting and abstract world. As interesting as it sounds, living in such an atmosphere can be harmful to some individuals mentally. As the city lifestyle embraces change and adaptation to the new, many people, especially the elderly, become obsolete due to the difficulties of adapting to the changes. Because of that, they will have a hard time establishing a connection between them and the society.
