Although the topic aforementioned might lead to varieties of conclusion and debates, such topics might never reach a consensual agreement. Through this essay I will try to shed some light on the topic with proper facts. The use of bioplastics being a crucial step towards reduction of plastic pollution is fair from my point of view.
Bioplastics are certain types of plastic that mimics the artificial and man made plastics. The plastics we use in our daily lives are basically polymers composed of several plastic monomers. Humans have started using the plastics as a daily part of their lives. It hasn’t been very long time that we started using them but the usage of plastics is so wide and with rapid production it has been a cheap and usable option. Due to the rapid production and wide usage, it has been very hard to destroy it or manage the wastage it brings. From birth to death we are surrounded by plastics.
In my opinion, bioplastics can serve as a good alternative to plastics and also be environment friendly. With the use of bioplastics, the wastages can also be properly managed and recycled, as it is biodegradable and decomposed easily compared to plastics which takes million of years to decompose. Also, it brings up safety for the people from various diseases spreaded through land pollution.
The aforementioned points justifies my opinion and my thoughts towards the topic and brings a consensual agreement to the table. In conclusion, bioplastics are essential and can serve as a crucial step to combat plastic pollution.
