In this day and age, people have settle a rule in order to control the other not to make violents and robbery, but some people choose to make the laws stricter than before so they can reduce the crimes or some are decide to educating children about laws and crimes is more effective than that. From my perspective, i disagree to what extented due to the convenient of it.
Primarily, Educating childrens about laws and crimes are not helping at all because the only way to make people fear the legislation is to make the laws stricter than recent years. For example, Were they criminals and do not fear the rules, stricter laws would make them fear for their entire life because of the death penalty, imprisonment, and for the most popular things is over a hundred years serve time in prison which is the worst things going to happen with the criminal. Bye the by people trying to educate the youngster about legal system, but the young people will not remember a detail when they grown into a big person, then one of them will break the rule and kills people, make a bank robbery. Paradoxically, none thief have escape from a bank robbery in the human history, so educating childrens about laws and crimes does not help at all, it just let them know about it.
Furthermore, only strict statutes can prevent the crime rate increasing. If the criminal justice system made the rules strict, the crimes rate would decrease like what they expect due to all criminal get in jails and being punished heavily. For instance, strict regulations would make people feel fear to the rule and will not break it, and easy to understand that crime rate will decrease as the amount of people fear it.Moreover, this way can make every country greater again and good observation about all countries fairness. The strict statutes should be easy to approach the highest punishment is death penalty if the person make crimes doing the same guilt over two times, that would be easy to make the humanity fear to decrease the crimes rate over time.
To conclude, make the laws stricter still better than educating childrens about laws and crimes to reduce the crime rate because it can excute the stubborn criminal who does not want to do what the criminal justice system told them to do and that is the most effective ways to minimize the crime rate from my opinion.
