In the modern world, rapid advancements in technology has lead to a comfortable and easy way of living for people, while ignoring its detrimental effects. There are various tools and technology in the contemporary world, which is exacerbating the climatic conditions.

There are numerous factors responsible for the degradation of environment. First and foremost is the emission of green- house gases from huge industries. Additionally, usage of private vehicles instead of public transportation also leads to increase in air pollution. Moreover, the lack of awareness among the population of a country regarding issues of noise pollution also disturbs the life cycle of humans, along with many animals and birds as well. The excessive use of digital tools like phones, computers and many more generate a lot of signals and radiations, which are equally harmful for living creatures. Technological advancements paves a path for new inventions, which results in the extensive usage of natural resources, thereby reducing the amount of natural reserves.

In my opinion, the effects of advanced technology in the contemporary world is extremely devastating. For instance, excessive emission of green- house gases has lead to decrease in the ozone layer along with the formation of ozone holes. Further, depletion of ozone layer has a direct impact on the skin and health of living beings. Moreover, green- house gases also contributes to the unpredictable climatic changes. Furthermore, the radiations from electronic gadgets make the life of birds extremely difficult and it also leads to various health issues in humans. Therefore, Maintaining a healthy and pollution free environment proves to be very imperative for the existence of life.
