Few people think that virtual games and television cause harmful effects such as violence in the society, while rest others deny these claims that manipulate people’s personality. In my opinion, violent video games and television program can led to major issues such as mental frustration and physical attack on the society.
Playing video game and watching TV shows that are violent can significantly impact mental stability of a person. Infact, this lead to poor decision making and annoying behaviour among the people, especially in the young people. Additinally, these young generation tend to get influenced by TV shows and video games because of the interesting plot that it contain. For example, Grand theft auto was the most influenced game of 2015 in the US. Young people from the cities cause havoc on the streets as this game promote such ideas.
Furthermore, people who mostly play violent computer games have taken physical action in the society, which adversely effect the people security and safety. For instance, a 14 year old boy shot a friend in school with the real gun, which he proclaimed as his friend didn’t play call of duty with him, a violent shooter game. Moreover, call of duty like games cause gradual effect by training the player how to use a weapon this reciprocates on physical actions such as buying a weapon in real life and using a weapon.
In conclusion, it can be said that violence can be caused by computer games and televison programs which return damaging effects on the society in form of mental frustration and phyiscal action.
