Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It cannot be denied that in recent years less youngsters are engaged in sports events. There is a certain reason for this . However, some steps can be taken to motivate people to play sports. Both the questions are discussed further.

Discussing the reasons, the foremost one is the majority of people have a very hectic schedule in their particular studies and few of them are busy with their work. Due to that, they do not have much time to spend in this kind of activities. Instead of practising some sports, they prefer to choose other relaxing methods such as , watching movies, going outside, spending their time with family members and many more. However, most of the youngsters are not interested in athletics . Apart from this, young people are not aware about the importance of physical and mental health wellbeing. So they are taken as an amusement.

On the contrary, some steps must be implemented to rectify this predicament. To begin with, in a school; teachers should be kept in sports. Then teachers should be organised a sports week so students can participate in various kinds of games. Besides this , take help from social media. This is because, nowadays young people are easily influenced by social media platforms. Moreover, parents should take some steps such as , they keep their children in sports classes in their spare time so youngsters can smoothly occupy their sports and learn about new games .

To conclude, although there are several causes of fewer young people not playing games , but taking some steps such as encouragement in school sports events, taking part in games and many more can solve the problem to a large extent.
