Today, some believe that art has become an external part of publics life and they prefer to give more attention on scientific studies, technology and business development. In my opinion, the technological boom and governments investments on these areas cause this issue, and to solve that government should increase interests in art between children and adolescents.

The first reason is increasingly developing of technology especially of Artificial Intelligence which helps people to create video, sample of music and a novel in some minutes. Suno AI, ChatGPT and Kling AI are competitors for real artists who were spending their lives and educated for art. To prevent this, some global companies and famous bloggers such as Russian history YouTube blogger “ФАЙБ” is avoiding computer designed arts and contracting with real artists to show the importance of human imagination and artistic abilities.

The second reason is lack of government’s investments on cultural education, preferring to increase the economic activity by science and business. To draw people’s attention to art, schools and universities should boost observational skills, cultural awareness and sense of aesthetic. On schools in Russia from the youngest ages children are educated to hear classical music of Chaikovskiy and Shubert, to read classical literature as novels of Dostoyevskiy and Tolstoy, visits to museums and galleries are organized by teacher for educational purposes.

To sum up, art is definitely important part of people life and a great way to show all cultures in an international area. Developing technologies, increase attention on science and business cause public values change, which can be improved by educating students on cultural awareness and artistic sensitivity and investing on younger artists and galleries.
